Fiona Nicholls is our Ofsted Registration Co-Ordinator, with over 25 years of social work experience and 16 years as a registered social worker. Fiona specialises in Ofsted compliance, supporting providers with registrations, Regulation 44 visits, and regulatory requirements for children’s homes, foster care, and adoption services. Fiona ensures organisations meet Ofsted standards through robust policies, safeguarding measures, quality assurance, and assessments. Fiona also delivers targeted training and guidance, strengthening compliance and inspection readiness.
