We initially asked for some sessions on the new CQC assessment and had 2 sessions from Tony Carlin for the Senior team across the organisation, they looked at our previous CQC reports and advised best practice in areas of concern. HLTH Group were extremely knowledgeable on the CQC assessment as Tony had noted the organisations he had been to assist that were due for inspections, he could give examples of regulations and the likely questions they would ask (plus how to showcase the areas of excellence, with evidence). As a company I can’t fault them they were reliable, engaged and supportive and the sessions received excellent feedback, so we even booked another 3 sessions, making the attendance of 100 senior managers across the care services. I would recommend HLTH Group for support with CQC-related learning and support.
