Meet the Team

The HLTH Group is the UK’s leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions, leading in business-critical areas such as CQC Software, Recruitment, Training, HR, Marketing and Compliance services.

Our organisation is comprised from top-to-bottom of former CQC inspectors, healthcare professionals and CQC compliance experts. We offer a multi-faceted solution for all CQC-regulated providers, covering all aspects of CQC compliance, HR and Health & Safety, and have expertise in all of these areas. We work with new and existing providers to ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commission, supporting new providers through the CQC registration and setup process, preparing providers for their next CQC inspection, supporting them after a disappointing inspection, and holding-their-hand through understanding and implementing CQC compliant processes, documentation and support.

Greg joined the organisation as Chief Executive after a long and successful period as founder and CEO of CQC Compliance Limited, which was acquired by WorkNest/Marlowe PLC in the summer of 2021. Following a successful handover period, Greg has taken up the position as CEO of the HLTH Group. With more than 15 years’ experience operating in the healthcare sector, Greg has a fundamental understanding of how to support healthcare providers in the UK, he is dedicated to ensuring that the HLTH Group provides both an expert-led and a tech-enabled approach to the delivery of business-critical healthcare compliance solutions.

Jane brings to the HLTH Group a wealth of knowledge and experience after more than 24 years in the NHS, initially as a qualified physiotherapist and, since 2008,  as a senior operational manager across a diverse number of specialties & services in large complex NHS organisations.  She has a proven track record of well-led, effective and safe teams,  of delivering national, organisational and local strategies. Her motivation continues to be in ensuring quality services are provided across health & social care for the benefit of patients, clients, their friends and families.  As COO of the HLTH Group Jane shares her passion for safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led healthcare services with our team of compliance experts and invites you to be part of our HLTH family and our journey.

Dr Saleem has over 16 years’ experience as a GP, having worked as a salaried GP and later a Practice Partner. Dr Saleem brings this clinical insight to her role at HLTH Manage, where she works closely with the team to ensure our software functions optimally to inform and support the compliancy of providers. Dr Saleem proactively works to support the development of our software as a straightforward, effective tool for providers to understand and evidence their compliancy with the CQC. Sadea managed several adult social care services predominantly domiciliary care services which all have been rated Good with CQC.
