Helen is a Health and Social Care Trainer at HLTH Group, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, engaging training that supports providers in meeting regulatory standards and delivering outstanding person-centred care.

With over 20 years of experience in health and social care, Helen began her career providing counselling support to individuals in full-time caring roles. After completing several professional qualifications, she progressed into service management with one of the country’s leading social care providers, gaining extensive experience in complex care, mental health, and forensic support services.

Passionate about promoting dignity, equality, and diversity within all care settings, Helen became a qualified trainer, delivering Positive Behaviour Management training to teams across the sector.

Now working full-time in training, Helen focuses on equipping staff with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver exceptional care and meet regulatory standards across health and social care settings.
