Following a successful handover period, he assumed the role of CEO at HLTH Group. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Greg has a deep understanding of how to support CQC and Ofsted regulated providers across the UK. As the Responsible Individual for an Ofsted-regulated service, he is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and compliance. Dr Saleem proactively works to support the development of our software as a straightforward, effective tool for providers to understand and evidence their compliancy with the CQC. Nicholas supports clients throughout the Ofsted registration process, offering hands-on guidance from initial application through to interview preparation and post-registration compliance. With years of experience managing multi-bed children’s homes and leading regulatory improvements across diverse care settings, he brings real-world insight into what it takes to meet and exceed Ofsted standards.

Nicholas works closely with new and existing providers to develop robust team structures, and essential documentation. His practical knowledge ensures clients are well-prepared for inspections and capable of delivering safe, high-quality care. He also provides independent Reg 44 visits and tailored compliance reviews to strengthen operational performance.

Alongside his compliance expertise, Nicholas draws on his background in outdoor education and leadership, using a values-based approach to promote positive outcomes for children and young people. For the past 11 years, Sarah has served as a Compliance Inspector for the CQC, with expertise across various directorates such as adult social care and primary care. She is passionate about ensuring high standards of care and enjoys advising service providers on ways to improve outcomes.
