Greg Bamber joins the HLTH Group as Chief Executive

After overseeing a successful transitionary period following the acquisition of CQC Compliance Limited by Marlowe PLC, Greg Bamber – founder and Chief Executive at CQC Compliance Limited – has take up the position of CEO at the HLTH Group.

Since founding CQC Compliance Limited in 2018, Greg successfully oversaw the growth of CQC Compliance, transforming the organisation into one of the healthcare sector’s market-leaders. The success of the company, led to Marlowe PLC – known for their significant foothold in the regulatory compliance arena – acquiring CQC Compliance in the summer of 2021.

The acquisition by Marlowe PLC saw CQC Compliance Limited integrated into WorkNest, formerly Ellis Whittam, which subsequently has led to the expansion of services delivered by WorkNest to include a number of healthcare compliance services. Primarily, WorkNest delivers a variety of HR, Health and Safety, and Employment Law services – and has acquired a number of existing organisations to expand its expertise in numerous areas.

The HLTH Group and CQC Compliance will continue to develop a strong, collaborative relationship, in delivering non-conflicting services that benefit healthcare providers across the UK. The HLTH Group provides healthcare compliance software and solutions, with a number of complimentary and non-conflicting services, including healthcare recruitment, CQC training events (HLTH Training) and most notably, the pioneering HLTH Manage software.
