Adam is our Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of senior clinical and operational leadership experience across urgent and primary care. He has held director-level roles including Director of Quality and Governance, Chief Operating Officer, and Regional Director of Nursing, as well as serving as a Specialist Advisor with the Care Quality Commission. In his role, Adam provides strategic leadership across HLTH Group, ensuring that our services deliver high-quality compliance, governance, and operational support to healthcare and social care providers. He focuses on strengthening regulatory confidence, driving sustainable improvement, and helping organisations achieve inspection excellence.

With a proven track record in service mobilisation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, Adam has extensive expertise in building governance frameworks and embedding robust quality systems. He is committed to working in partnership with our clients to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care, while supporting positive outcomes for patients and service users.
